Office of Free Access to Public Information

JCC Santo Domingo 2026 Trust

Through this system, anyone may request access to public information held by the JCC2026 Trust easily and promptly from anywhere in the country or abroad, avoiding travel costs and bringing the 2026 Central American and Caribbean Games closer to society through intensive use of information and communication technologies, facilitating social oversight, transparency, participation, and citizen collaboration.

Law No. 200-04 on Free Access to Public Information establishes the State's duty to provide mandatory, permanently available, and up-to-date information, as well as information specially requested by interested parties.

Decree No. 130-05 requires each institution to organize its Information Access Office (OAI) and appoint an Information Access Officer (RAI), through whom this right is exercised.
